What is a Remodeling Consultant?   

  We offer several remodeling services from concept to completion, using your ideas and our resources to create healthy living spaces and designs that stand the test of time. 

    Utilizing sustainable design guidelines and environmentally friendly materials we design projects to conserve energy and resources that will benefit your pocket as well as your health. 

    We simplify your project by being the only one you need to "Go To".  We will help you to navigate through the permit and bidding processes, resolve "issues" before they become "problems", and any time you have a question, we will be there with an answer for you.  We will generously share our knowledge, educating you about the latest environmentally friendly products.  You will be well informed to make the best choices as we work together creating your dreams.  By documenting the progress of your project with photos, written reports and periodic meetings you will always be kept up to date.  Upon the completion of your project we will hand you a Project Log with the names of the subcontractors, photos of the project, a color chart, and all of the appropriate paper work including final accounting ledger, warranties, permits and contracts.

    With over 30 years of contracting experience in Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma counties, we built each and every phase of our projects ourselves, so our knowledge is very diverse and complete.  It is this broad base of knowledge and experience that enables us to manage any remodeling project efficiently and effectively.  

    You will have peace of mind knowing that someone with experience is watching out for your interests and insuring the quality of the craftsmanship and materials being used on your project.
